Starting in May 2024, the CDCP (Canada Dental Care Plan) will be available. However, one thing to note is that CDCP is not free dental care. It is a government dental plan managed by Health Canada. Here’s how the co-payment works:
The CDCP makes it easier for families to afford dental care based on their income.
It’s important to note that the CDCP doesn’t cover all dental services, so there may be additional costs for treatments not included in the program. Be sure to check with your dental provider to get an estimate before starting any treatment.
If you have a query regarding the CDCP, let us know at Westbank Dental Care & Implant Center, we are here to help.

We have some exciting updates! Our coverage of the Canadian Dental Care Plan is expanded to include children under 18 years of age and seniors. This means that every member of your family can now get the dental care they need without worrying about dental costs.
